I sucked it up and joined WW online. *exhales* Well, here we go. Now there's no turning back. And hey, I lost .2 lbs from yesterday. .2 lb loss? Hey, I'll take it!
Did you exhale before you weighed yourself? You must have an awesome scale. Mine only does half pounds. I have avoided it like the plague. I know what it will tell me. Would love to hear more as you progress with Weight Watchers. I am thinking about joining the Biggest Losers cause I am toting around two of me. And neither one of me wants to do anything about it.
I'm a former military wife (the wife part is current, it's only the military part that's former), trying to find out where we fit in the civilian world.
In While They're At War, Kristin Henderson compares military life with going to Mars. When you return to the civilian world, you step off the spaceship and return to Earth for good, only to find you're out of place. ****************** She's right and we're adjusting. Welcome to my Earth where we still dream in Martian and search desperately for our place in the world.
